Due to team changes and continued business demand, we are looking to appoint two Service Controllers to join our Service team.

Location: Thame, Oxfordshire | Department: Service | Full-Time | Salary: £30,000 – 35,000 | Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00 –17:00, alternating rota for 16:30 and 17:30 finish

What You’ll Be Driving:

  • Delivering the high-quality service we promise our customers
  • Ensuring your region meets and exceeds KPI targets
  • Planning and coordinating engineers for both scheduled and emergency service calls
  • Acting as the go-to contact between technicians, customers, and internal teams
  • Minimising open jobs and ensuring timely invoicing once completed
  • Liaising with third-party suppliers to maintain timely and professional service standards
  • Collaborating with the Regional Sales Managers on service performance and regional updates
  • Assisting other Service Controllers and supporting the broader service office as needed

Requirements What You Bring:

  • Administrative experience—especially in a service-led environment is a plus
  • Sharp organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A confident communicator who builds strong working relationships with ease
