Role Summary
We are looking for a dependable and organised Sales Support Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, keeping customer information up to date in the CRM system.
- Format and edit sales documents and presentations.
- Prepare company profiles and sales information.
- Carry out research into prospective companies and market opportunities.
- Support sales activity, lead generation and marketing communications.
- Coordinate diaries, appointments and general office administration.
- Support ad-hoc projects and receive full training on the Logisnext Sales Process.
Qualifications
- Organised, reliable and detail-oriented.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Clear communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desirable
- Experience with a CRM system such as Super Office.
- Previous administration, sales support or office-based role experience.
- Knowledge of a business‑to‑business environment.
