Location: Hybrid | Department: Logisnext Solutions | UK and Europe-based
As part of our team, you\’ll support local clients and cross-border projects, acting as a link between Sales, customer operations, and technical solutions—designing scalable systems to maximize warehouse performance.
Your Role: Strategic. Consultative. Technical.
In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams in an advisory capacity—designing and validating data-driven technical solutions. Responsibilities include pre-sales analysis, solution development (CAD/simulation), and supporting new product launches.
Requirements
- Analyze customer operations and propose technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams on warehousing projects.
- Create simulations to test and validate solutions.
- Interpret and develop technical drawings and documentation.
- Support rollout of new products through training and materials.
- Design and analyze warehouse layouts using CAD tools.
- Work cross-functionally with product management, technical teams, and clients.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience in warehousing and logistics operations.
- Background in logistics consultancy or warehouse process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with simulations and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
Education & Experience
- Minimum 5 years\’ experience in a technical or consultative role within warehousing.
- Bachelor\’s or Master\’s in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel and work with diverse, multinational teams.
