Ready to kick-start your marketing career?

This is the perfect opportunity for someone early in their marketing journey—whether you're a recent graduate, completing your first marketing role, or looking for that all-important second step in your career.

We're not looking for someone who knows everything already.

We're looking for someone with the right attitude: curious, motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.

If you're excited by marketing, enjoy variety, and love getting stuck into different projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Unlike many marketing roles that focus on just one area, this is a true generalist marketing position .

You'll gain hands‑on experience across social media, content creation, websites, email marketing, events, reporting, and more.

No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to build a well‑rounded marketing skillset that will set you up for long‑term career success.

Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and wider Sales & Marketing team, you'll play an important role in helping grow our brand, engage our audiences, and support business growth.

What You’ll Get Involved In

You’ll support a real mix of marketing activity, from creating social media content for platforms like Linked In and Facebook to helping manage our channels, respond to comments and messages, and spot new ways to grow engagement.

You’ll also get involved in writing blogs, articles, case studies and other content, working with colleagues across the business to gather ideas, insights and stories that help bring our brand to life.

Alongside this, you’ll help keep our website fresh and engaging by updating content, supporting SEO and landing pages, and reviewing performance to see what’s working well and where we can improve.

You’ll also support email campaigns, events, reporting and wider marketing projects—sharing ideas, learning as you go, and getting involved in work that makes a real difference to the business.

What We're Looking For

We're more interested in your potential than a long list of marketing qualifications.

You might be

  • A recent graduate with a Marketing, Communications or Business-related degree.
  • Someone with around 1 year's marketing experience looking for their next challenge.
  • Passionate about marketing and keen to build a long‑term career.

You’ll also bring

  • A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self‑motivation, reliability and the confidence to take ownership of your work.
  • An understanding of professional workplace etiquette and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A good understanding of social media, content marketing and digital marketing fundamentals.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Experience using Word Press, Hub Spot or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and website optimisation.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics.
  • Experience creating content using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms.

Why Join Us?

  • Genuine career progression opportunities within a growing business.
  • Broad marketing exposure across multiple channels and disciplines.
  • Supportive team environment focused on learning and development.
  • Hybrid working after successful completion of probation.
  • A chance to build valuable experience and develop into a well‑rounded marketing professional.
