Location: Romford Essex
Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 per annum (DOE)
Logirec Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a permanent afternoon shift position with our client. This is a hands-on supervisory role within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team while also working alongside staff to ensure operational targets are achieved.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday - 3:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a warehouse team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) certificate
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to lead by example and work as part of the team
