To succeed in this full-time, in-office role, you’ll be joining a collaborative engineering culture that values ownership, clarity and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute meaningfully to major technical discussions, and help shape the evolution of the platform you will be working on. The environment is fast moving, giving you opportunities to deepen your expertise in cloud-native tooling, take on complex DevOps challenges, and grow into areas such as platform engineering. We encourage engineers to bring forward new ideas, challenge assumptions, and drive improvements across automation, reliability and delivery.

Why Join Us?

  • Work on impactful projects that drive efficiency and innovation across diverse sectors.
  • Access professional development pathways tailored to your career ambitions.
  • Enjoy flexible working arrangements and a competitive benefits package.

The Role

A strong, cloud-native DevOps Engineer who can own delivery pipelines, shape technical decisions and bring mature engineering disciplines to a fast-moving environment. You’ll join our team as a full-time, in-office DevOps Engineer responsible for building, maintaining and improving infrastructure, tooling and automation that power various platforms. This role is hands-on and highly collaborative: you’ll work closely with developers, architects and product teams to ensure the systems you are working on are reliable, scalable and efficient.

You’ll be expected to bring strong knowledge of DevOps best practices, such as:

  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, CloudFormation)
  • Immutable Infrastructure and automated environment provisioning
  • Shift-left test and CI-driven quality gates
  • Observability (metrics, logs, tracing)
  • Continuous delivery patterns and deployment automation

You’ll also be a key contributor in technical architectural discussions; while not an official decision maker, your technical insights will help influence major engineering choices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Essential Skills able to design multi-stage pipelines, reusable workflows and secure automation patterns.
  • DevOps best practices: configuration management, automated testing, secrets management, environment parity and release automation.
  • High-level programming: working knowledge of Python or other similar languages for scripting, automation and tooling.
  • Documentation excellence: ability to produce clear professional and maintainable documentation for Infrastructure, processes and completed work.
  • Collaboration.
