Role Overview
We are seeking a Solution Consultant with retail and/or grocery experience to support the pre‐sales strategy and execution across Logile's full workforce optimization suite. This role is pivotal in helping prospective customers visualize and realize operational transformation through our platform. As a subject matter expert, you will partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver compelling solution narratives spanning WFM, labour planning, labour modelling, forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and time and attendance.
Experience in grocery and fresh operations (e.g., food safety, fresh production) is a strong advantage, though not essential. This is a customer‐facing, high‐impact role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of retail operations and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with sales teams to position Logile's full workforce optimization suite in customer conversations, workshops, and RFPs.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and value assessments focused on labor planning, scheduling, and task execution.
- Translate customer business requirements and operational realities into solution recommendations that resonate with both executives and store‐level operators.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify pain points, quantify value, and shape solution design.
- Support competitive positioning by articulating Logile's differentiation in labor modelling, forecasting, budgeting, time and attendance, and task orchestration.
- Contribute operational and market insights to product management to help shape the roadmap.
- Represent Logile at industry conferences, webinars, and customer councils, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues globally to standardize and continually improve demo narratives, assets, and delivery.
Required Background & Skills
- 3–5+ years in solution consulting, pre‐sales, solution design, or retail operations with exposure to technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of one or more of the following: Labor planning, modelling, and forecasting; Scheduling and time & attendance; Budgeting and workforce optimization; Task management and store execution.
- Hands‐on retail or grocery experience (store operations, scheduling, task management, or fresh operations) is highly valued.
- Excellent presentation, demo, and storytelling skills with both executive and operational stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate operational challenges into measurable business outcomes enabled by technology.
- Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment.
- Willingness to travel 40–65% for customer meetings, workshops, and events.
