    • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with senior executives, influencing key decision-makers across operations, supply chain, and IT.
    • Execute against territory plans and account strategies aligned with the Head of Sales, EMEA’s market expansion goals.
    • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
    • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution consultants, and product teams to deliver tailored demonstrations and value-based proposals.
    • Structure deals that align customer needs with Logile’s integrated suite of solutions across labor planning, scheduling optimization, inventory management, and production planning.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
    • Participate in industry events, conferences, and customer forums to represent Logile and build brand visibility.
    • Contribute to team deal reviews, pipeline health discussions, and forecasting accuracy.
    • Partner with marketing to localize campaigns, generate demand, and maximize conversion.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS or retail technology sales experience with a strong record of quota attainment.
  • Experience selling into retail, grocery, big box, or supply chain technology preferred.
  • Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to win new logos in competitive, underdeveloped markets.
  • Skilled at managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive presence.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales enablement platforms.
