This new hybrid FPGA opportunity based in Central London with good commuting from Cambridge, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas, is working on a disruptive technology for sustainability, utilising AI/ML Techniques. This role will involve an experienced FPGA Design Engineer to complement an existing team, bringing strong technical expertise to help deliver xPU interface solutions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing high speed network interfaces between xPU’s and proprietary networks;
- Microarchitecture definition;
- Verification using SystemVerilog or similar;
- Delivering Trials.
The successful candidate will have a good relevant degree, along with strong industry experience, including:
- Hands-on industry experience of FPGA design for GPU/CPU interfacing and networking at 100Gbps and above;
- SystemVerilog/Verilog/VHDL;
- Scripting in TCL/Python or others considered;
- Preferably additional experience with working on Embedded Systems.
