Role Overview
The HR Administrator will provide administrative support to the HR team in the UK & Europe.
The role has a UK and European remit with exposure to a broad range of HR topics.
This role will play a key part in supporting the HR team in dealing with internal and external queries and clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and organisational skills and must enjoy working as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate data on the HR Information System
- Co-ordinate onboarding and induction for new joiners, including drafting of offer letters and employment agreements
- Conduct HR induction meetings with new joiners
- Co-ordinate offboarding and other changes to employment terms including drafting of resignation acknowledgement letters, changes to T&Cs letters and family leave letters.
- Support the recruitment process including ensuring JDs are up to date on the website and intranet, scheduling interviews, triaging CVs and liaising with Recruiters
- Manage the HR invoicing process
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and manage supplier data in accordance with GDPR
- Updating and maintaining organisation charts
- Update and maintain New Joiner, Changes to T&Cs, Family leave and Leavers sections of the HR tracker.
- Administration of personnel files, compliance trackers and general HR documentation on Share Point whilst ensuring GDPR compliance
- Assist in benefits administration
- Triage of payroll inbox
- Input and review of payroll in several countries, including liaising with vendor and employees about queries
- Schedule and conduct payroll related meetings with employees going on family leave
- Schedule ER meetings on behalf of the team and take meeting minutes
- Support and co-ordinate all aspects of HR projects Support the wider Logicor admin teams to improve cross functional internal processes
- Other ad hoc HR tasks.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Strong administration and organisational skills with good proficiency on Microsoft Office suite - Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interest in HR
- A strong work ethic, flexible depending on business needs and an ability to keep track of deadlines
- Ability to take initiative and support multiple workstreams
- High efficiency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Ability to handle confidential data professionally and with discretion
- Presentable, personable and the ability to work well within a team.
