Role Overview: This role in the Logicor Finance Team will be embedded in the wider business advising on tax aspects throughout the investment lifecycle of assets across Logicor's UK and pan-European platform to deliver value. The role will largely be transactions-focused and work closely with Investments, Asset Management, Finance and Legal teams. The ability to ensure tax considerations are clearly understood, commercially applied, and appropriately executed is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Transactional
- Provide transactional support to the Investment Team on acquisitions and dispositions, from the bid/offer stage through to execution.
- Ensure efficient and scalable structuring solutions throughout the lifecycle of an investment and that tax is appropriately reflected in underwriting and the corporate model.
- Coordination of external advisors and review of their deliverables to ensure the translation of key tax risks into mitigants through pricing, structuring, and SPA protections.
- Manage tax due diligence processes with the support of Finance teams to populate data rooms and draft Q&A responses.
- Support post-acquisition implementation actions to ensure structures are executed in line with advice.
- Ensure exit-readiness of investments, including pre-sale restructuring, with the support of Finance and Legal teams.
- Lifecycle
- Provide operational tax support at the property level to the Asset Management Team on development and leasing transactions.
- Lead corporate simplification initiatives and restructurings to ensure continued efficiency and alignment with evolving tax rules.
- Support UK REIT-related matters, including input into forecast and distribution processes, to remain compliant with regime requirements.

- Educate the business on topical tax matters and contribute to the development of internal processes and controls to manage tax risk.
- Assist in managing the Transfer Pricing strategy, overseeing the Group's cross-charging activity and intercompany loan book.
- Translate tax technical advice into clear, commercially relevant guidance for non-tax stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management internally and externally, including maintaining relationships with key shareholders and related portfolio company tax network.
- Act as a key point of contact for service providers across jurisdictions to manage scope, timelines, and quality of deliverables.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment.
- Innovative and AI literate.
- ACA and CTA (or equivalent).
- Approximately 7-8 years' total experience (Manager / Senior Manager).
- Strong experience in transactional tax and structuring.
- Exposure to pan-European tax environments and UK REIT regime.
- Experience in real estate preferred.
- Indirect tax experience would be advantageous.
