We are seeking an experienced and engaging Professional Trainers to deliver high-quality training within the transport industry. This role is ideal for a knowledgeable industry professional who is passionate about developing others, maintaining compliance, and raising standards across transport operations.

You will design and deliver classroom, virtual, and on-site training programmes, ensuring learners gain both practical understanding and regulatory confidence.

Duties

  • Deliver professional training across transport-related subjects (e.g. Driver CPC, Operator Compliance, Transport Management, Road Safety, Vehicle Standards)
  • Adapt training materials to suit different learner needs and experience levels
  • Ensure all training aligns with current legislation, industry standards, and best practice
  • Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain accurate training records and reporting
  • Support continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods
  • Represent the organisation professionally with clients, partners, and delegates

Requirements

  • Proven experience within the transport industry (e.g. transport operations, compliance, enforcement, fleet management, or training)
  • Recognised training or teaching qualification (e.g. Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of UK transport legislation and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage, motivate, and manage groups of adult learners
  • Confident using digital training tools and virtual learning platforms
  • Willingness to travel for on-site delivery when required
  • Valid driving licence for travelling between sites or training venues.
