We work closely with clients to establish personal relationships, understand their businesses, and provide expert advice and recommendations to ensure full compliance.
We are seeking an experienced and engaging Professional Trainers to deliver high-quality training within the transport industry. This role is ideal for a knowledgeable industry professional who is passionate about developing others, maintaining compliance, and raising standards across transport operations.
You will design and deliver classroom, virtual, and on-site training programmes, ensuring learners gain both practical understanding and regulatory confidence.
Duties
- Deliver professional training across transport-related subjects (e.g. Driver CPC, Operator Compliance, Transport Management, Road Safety, Vehicle Standards)
- Adapt training materials to suit different learner needs and experience levels
- Ensure all training aligns with current legislation, industry standards, and best practice
- Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate training records and reporting
- Support continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods
- Represent the organisation professionally with clients, partners, and delegates
Requirements
- Proven experience within the transport industry (e.g. transport operations, compliance, enforcement, fleet management, or training)
- Recognised training or teaching qualification (e.g. Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of UK transport legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage, motivate, and manage groups of adult learners
- Confident using digital training tools and virtual learning platforms
- Willingness to travel for on-site delivery when required
- Valid driving licence for travelling between sites or training venues.
