Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging technical training (instructor‑led, virtual, and recorded) for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Facilitate hands‑on labs, workshops, and scenario‑based learning across foundational to advanced topics.
- Clearly explain observability, monitoring, AIOps, cloud, integrations, and troubleshooting concepts to diverse technical audiences.
- Maintain deep expertise in LogicMonitor platform capabilities, including deployment, configuration, alerting, dashboards, reporting, and integrations.
- Translate product updates and field feedback into high‑quality training content and lab experiences.
- Design and maintain training materials including presentations, guides, labs, videos, and assessments.
- Build scalable, application‑based lab environments that reflect real‑world customer scenarios.
- Manage training operations through LMS platforms (e.g., Skilljar), including session setup and learner management.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and other teams to ensure training accuracy and readiness.
- Mentor and coach trainers on facilitation skills, technical depth, and learner engagement.
- Measure and improve training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance data.
- Travel (25–50%) for customer training, workshops, and enablement events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years in technical training, enablement, customer education, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, monitoring, observability, and cloud technologies.
- Experience delivering instructor‑led, virtual, and recorded technical training.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
- Experience facilitating hands‑on labs and technical workshops.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Based in or near London, with ability to travel.
