This role is onsite at our headquarters in the core location near Waterloo and Blackfriars on the Southbank.

What You'll Do

  • The Sr. Deal Desk Analyst supports the Sales organization on all renewal and new business deal related matters.
  • The Analyst works with business stakeholders across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to provide critical insight into the Logic Monitor customer base while supporting day-to-day operations.
  • This position reports to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations.
  • Manage end-to-end deal lifecycle for renewals and new business, including pipeline oversight, deal structuring, pricing approvals, and contract execution.
  • Partner with Sales as a trusted advisor on deal strategy, renewals, and new business opportunities.
  • Execute renewal and expansion deal strategies to drive revenue growth through pricing optimization and multi-year contract structuring.
  • Support CPQ quoting and contract creation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Operations to streamline deal approvals and execution.
  • Ensure timely and accurate contract execution, including Docusign processing and adherence to internal policies.
  • Coordinate customer provisioning and onboarding for new and renewing customers.
  • Proactively identify deal risks and bottlenecks, and partner cross-functionally to resolve and accelerate deal closure.
  • Support ad hoc initiatives and operational projects to improve efficiency and support business growth.

What You'll Need

  • 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or commercial deal management within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to partner and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce; familiarity with Salesforce CPQ preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex deal cycles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and ability to execute independently.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving.
