What You'll Do

We’re looking for a driven, hands‑on Marketing Manager to support our EMEA growth strategy—owning regional execution across UKI, Benelux, Nordics, and Southern Europe (focused on France). This is a high‑impact individual contributor role, working closely with the Director of Marketing, EMEA, to build and accelerate pipeline through integrated, field‑driven programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated, multi‑touch field marketing programs to drive net‑new, expansion, and partner pipeline across EMEA.
  • Partner with regional sales leadership to align marketing plans to territory priorities and revenue targets.
  • Own execution of in‑person and virtual events (tradeshows, field events, webinars, roundtables) from concept to ROI analysis.
  • Drive campaign follow‑up and sales enablement to maximise lead conversion and pipeline progression.
  • Act as supporting EMEA marketing lead and advocate, ensuring regional needs are represented in global campaigns and strategy.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, BDRs, customer success, partners, and global marketing teams.
  • Own and execute co‑marketing programs in collaboration with our partners (VARs / GSIs) and partner managers that drive measurable pipeline.
  • Localise global messaging, campaigns, and content to ensure relevance across key EMEA markets (incl. France).
  • Build and execute partner and customer marketing programs to expand reach and accelerate pipeline.
  • Track, measure, and report on program performance, using insights to optimise investment and impact.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in field or demand generation roles.
  • Proven success driving pipeline growth across multi‑country EMEA regions.
  • Strong understanding of IT, SaaS, and target audiences (e.g. ITOps, DevOps, MSPs).
  • Experience executing events, digital campaigns, ABM, and partner marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in marketing and sales tools (Salesforce, Marketo), Asana a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite including Google Slides, Sheets and Docs, Salesforce, Slack, Splash Event Registration and Canva.
  • Strong alignment with sales teams and understanding of pipeline management and follow‑up.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse performance and optimise marketing ROI.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to localise messaging for regional audiences.
  • Self‑starter with a collaborative, adaptable mindset in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
