What You\’ll Do:

LM Envision, LogicMonitor\’s leading hybrid observability platform powered by AI, helps modern enterprises gain operational visibility into and predictability across their IT stacks, so they can continue to deliver extraordinary employee and customer experiences. LogicMonitor has a layered approach to intelligence, where AI and Machine Learning is baked into every facet of the LM Envision platform to help IT teams improve efficiency, minimize alert fatigue, proactively predict trends, and maximize enterprise growth and transformation.

The GSI CAM is a senior level role within the Global Channels & Alliances Sales Organization. The mission of the role is to build demand for and drive consumption of the LogicMonitor platform within enterprise customers through the global partnerships established with a set list of named Global Systems Integrators within the assigned territory.

This role has a significant strategic impact on LogicMonitor\’s revenue growth into the enterprise market. It forms the foundation for the GSI sales motion which is a strategically transformative addition to our enterprise business. The role will form close partnerships across the LogicMonitor Field Sales organization as well as with GSI client directors, pre-sales teams, and heads of LOBs (lines of business). The role will have an outsized impact on future enterprise revenue for the company.

Here\’s a closer look at this key role:

  • Build sponsorship and advocacy with line of business and industry leaders as well as market owners
  • Identify partner originated opportunities for either resell or GSI managed service offering
  • Build alignment and engagement between LM field AEs and GSI client directors
  • Own the partner interest in key partner-led sales opportunities
  • Be responsible for pipeline and forecast with each partner operating within the region
  • Understand the competitive landscape within the partner and ensure LM is preferred solution in all partner opportunities
  • Identify replacement opportunities and land and expand opportunities within the partner’s client base
  • End-to-end territory management including annual business plan with quarterly business reviews covering pipeline conversion metrics, leading performance indicators, and partner coverage
  • This is a Senior level role within the Channels and Alliances organization.

What You\’ll Need:

  • MEDDPICC Certification
  • 10+ years of software technology sales
  • 5+ years selling tech in the channel
  • Strong work ethic, ability to travel up to 70%, strong networking skills, high level of organizational skills
  • Experience managing >$1m annual quota in SaaS sales
