The Business Development Representative (BDR) team operates as the front line of LogicMonitor’s go‑to‑market strategy, representing the first impression of our brand and the standard of excellence in how we engage the market. This role is not a traditional prospecting function but a high‑performance, AI‑driven pipeline generator focused on precision, relevance, and disciplined execution across Southern EMEA and UKI territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting and generation of sales opportunities across Southern EMEA and UKI, using AI‑driven insights and signals to create a strategic pipeline for the sales team.
- Qualify prospects by assessing fit with key questions, supported by AI‑generated account context and recommendations to understand client needs, challenges, and timelines.
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
- Maintain proactive communication with prospects, personalising outreach at scale with AI while delivering high‑quality messaging that advances conversations.
- Share best practices, competitive intelligence, and product updates with internal teams, serving as a key resource.
- Track performance and report on achievements, business plans, and quota progress in weekly and monthly sales meetings, using data and analytics.
What You'll Need
- Bilingual French & English speaker.
- Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of outbound sales experience.
- Strong technical aptitude, able to quickly learn and articulate complex solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, engaging prospects effectively.
