What You'll Do

LogicMonitor® is the AI-first hybrid observability platform powering the next generation of digital infrastructure. LogicMonitor delivers complete visibility and actionable intelligence across on-premises, cloud, and edge environments. By anticipating issues before they strike, optimising resources in real time, and enabling faster, smarter decisions, LogicMonitor helps IT and business leaders protect margins, accelerate innovation, and deliver exceptional digital experiences without compromise.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) team operates as the front line of LogicMonitor’s go-to-market strategy, representing the first impression of our brand and the standard of excellence in how we engage the market. This is not a traditional prospecting role: this is a high-performance, AI-driven function designed to create a strategic pipeline through precision, relevance, and disciplined execution. You will be responsible for pipeline generation across Southern EMEA, as well as UKI territories.

As a BDR, you are responsible for identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities within our ideal customer profile by leading with business acumen, not volume. You will leverage an AI-first approach to accelerate account understanding, sharpen messaging, and prioritise where to invest your time using technology to enhance judgment, not replace it. AI is embedded across your workflow: from rapidly synthesising account and industry insights, to generating first-pass messaging frameworks, to scaling personalised outreach with consistency and quality.

Here’s a closer look at this key role:

  • Outbound Prospecting & Generating Sales Opportunities across SER & UKI.
  • Identify and qualify high-value prospects using AI-driven insights and signals to create strategic pipeline opportunities for the sales team.
  • Qualify Prospects: Assess fit by asking key qualifying questions, supported by AI-generated account context and recommendations to better understand client needs, challenges, and timelines.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Engagement & Follow-Up: Maintain proactive communication with prospects, leveraging AI to personalise outreach at scale while delivering relevant, high-quality messaging that advances conversations.
  • Internal Collaboration & Insights Sharing: Serve as a key resource by sharing best practices, competitive intelligence, and product updates with internal teams.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings, using data and analytics to provide updates on achievements, business plans, and quota progress.

What You’ll Need

  • Bilingual French & English speaker
  • Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of outbound sales experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate complex solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving.
