This position is located in London, England. Our office is situated in a core location near Waterloo and Blackfriars on the Southbank.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Conduct AE duties on scheduled calls, including discovery of prospect/customer pain points, requirements, and buying process.
  • Present LogicMonitor’s value through conversations, product demonstrations, and presentations aligned to identified needs.
  • Apply LogicMonitor’s sales methodology and process to advance opportunities through defined sales stages.
  • Progress opportunities by engaging appropriate stakeholders (“multi-threading”) and coordinating team selling with SEs, leadership, and executive resources as needed.
  • Translate customer scenarios into tailored use cases and recommended solution configurations.
  • Identify, document, and communicate technical considerations, risks, and constraints during the sales cycle; partner with SE/Channel/Product/Support as needed.
  • Manage trial execution by documenting desired business outcomes, evaluation criteria, stakeholders, timeline, and agreed trial scope; align changes to prevent scope creep.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity notes and next steps in Salesforce (contacts, stakeholders, use cases, timelines, evaluation criteria, and risks).

What You'll Need:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle B2B technology sales experience, including complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Consistent performance: minimum of 100% quota attainment in at least 75% of their sales career.
  • Background in a high-performance, competitive sales environment.
  • Experience at a technology vendor selling complex solutions into IT.
  • Formal sales methodology training: MEDDPICC (Force Management) and/or strategic.
