This opportunity would suit a teacher who enjoys becoming part of a school community and is looking for the consistency of a longer-term placement, while retaining the support and flexibility of working through Teaching Personnel.

About the Opportunity

The successful teacher will take responsibility for the day-to-day teaching of a primary class, planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing pupil progress and creating an inclusive classroom environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their potential. You will work closely with colleagues, support staff and the wider school team to ensure pupils receive a high standard of education and pastoral support. The school has high expectations for both behaviour and learning and is looking for a teacher who can demonstrate a calm, consistent and positive approach.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality lessons
