Thorn Baker has teamed up with a family-run joinery manufacturer, with an outstanding reputation and nearly 35 years of joinery heritage. They are looking for an experienced Install Manager to join their team and support them with their growth in demand. Working in the Hampshire area on high end, bespoke joinery projects.

This position is to ensure all our joinery installations are completed on time, to specification, and to the highest standards.

The Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing joinery installation projects on site, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and project managers, you will coordinate installations, manage schedules, and maintain the high standards expected across all projects.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience managing installation or site teams
