Our client, a respected fiduciary business based in St Helier, Jersey, is seeking a Management Accountant to support and strengthen their finance function. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, providing accurate financial reporting and insight that underpins strategic decision-making across our client’s team and wider fiduciary operations.
Key Skills and Experience
- Accounting/Bookkeeping: Solid hands-on skills in maintaining ledgers, posting journals and preparing accounts, with strong attention to detail and robust controls around financial data.
- Finance/Accounts Manager: Ability to manage the broader finance function, liaise with internal stakeholders and contribute to budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for our client’s fiduciary operations.
- IFRS: Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, ensuring that financial statements and internal reports are compliant and consistent with best practice.
- Jersey Experience: Familiarity with the Jersey regulatory and business environment, enabling you to navigate local requirements and support our client’s activities in this jurisdiction.
