An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an Events Coordinator to join a high-profile events operation at one of the UK’s most iconic heritage venues. With demand for weddings, private celebrations, and bespoke events continuing to grow, our client is expanding their events team to support an exciting and busy calendar of activity. This is a fantastic time to join a well-established business that is investing heavily in its events offering.

Working across a stunning estate, the Events Coordinator will play a key role in managing client bookings and overseeing operationally the seamless delivery of events. From elegant weddings within the historic Castle to high-quality celebrations in the on-site restaurant, this position offers excellent variety and the chance to be part of truly memorable occasions. You will work closely with clients from initial enquiry through to execution, ensuring every detail is managed with precision and every event is delivered to an exceptional standard. Collaboration with both front-of-house and kitchen teams will be essential to ensure smooth and successful service on the day.

Key Details:

  • Location: Kent
  • Salary: £32,000 per annum
  • Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends in line with the events schedule

Access to your own vehicle would be an advantage due to occasional late finishes or early starts at the weekends. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, client-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced events environment. You will be equally comfortable managing administrative detail as you are being present on the floor, ensuring each event runs flawlessly. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Events Coordinator or a strong Events Assistant ready to take the next step, looking to develop their career within a premium events setting.
