Accommodating approximately 20 residents, the home provides an intimate and supportive setting where staff have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and deliver truly personalised care. Residents benefit from a range of services including long-term residential care, short-term stays, respite care, and holiday breaks, all delivered by a dedicated team committed to promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents with their daily needs while promoting dignity, comfort, independence, and choice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support with daily living activities
- Assisting residents with mobility and maintaining independence where possible
- Supporting residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs
- Encouraging social interaction, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Observing and reporting any changes in residents' physical or emotional wellbeing
- Supporting residents with local outings and appointments
- Driving residents when required as part of community engagement activities
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver high standards of person-centred care
About You
- Previous care experience is preferred but not essential
