Salary: Β£28,000–£30,000 DOE

About Us

We are a leading manufacturer and installer of bespoke hotel bedroom furniture, delivering high-quality projects for major hotel groups and developers throughout the UK.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team. Working closely with our Project Managers, you will play a key role in supporting projects from initial handover through manufacturing, delivery, installation and final project close-out.

The Role

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring project information, programmes, communications and logistics are effectively coordinated throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining project books, trackers and programme dates.
  • Coordinating project launches, pre-launch meetings and lessons learned reviews.
  • Recording and chasing actions from meeting minutes.
  • Arranging client, supplier and subcontractor meetings.
  • Monitoring key supplier deliveries.
  • Supporting manufacturing readiness and project handovers to production.
  • Supporting delivery planning, site readiness checks and logistics coordination.
  • Preparing delivery documentation and installation packs.
  • Collating project information.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, production teams, subcontractors and installation teams to ensure projects remain on programme.
  • Deputise for Project Manager in their absence.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Support or Administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confidence managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • Experience within manufacturing, furniture, interiors, fit-out or construction sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • A positive, proactive and team-focused approach.
