We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Golf Sales Manager with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets within the golf, leisure, or hospitality sector. This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional communication skills, strong organisational ability, and a passion for the game. Candidates must be active golfers with a strong understanding of the industry.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Resort Sales, the Sales Manager will be responsible for maximising revenue across corporate and tour operator channels while identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in expanding both national and international sales, while supporting wider commercial strategies including corporate, group, and event-based golf sales. Regular travel is essential, including monthly visits to Scotland, alongside attendance at trade shows, client meetings, and networking events.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and grow national and international tour operator sales
- Maximise revenue across pay-and-play, memberships, events, corporate and group bookings
- Identify and develop new partnerships and commercial opportunities
- Strengthen and expand existing client relationships
- Support the growth of corporate golf sales
- Produce detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking
- Represent the business at trade shows, client events, and industry networking opportunities

- Proven experience within the golf industry in a sales or commercial role
