We are currently recruiting for Primary Teachers, SEN Teaching Assistants, and Support Staff across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools. These schools provide inclusive and nurturing learning environments where pupils are encouraged to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Many of the settings support children with additional learning needs including SEN and SEMH, offering structured support, small group learning, and one-to-one intervention opportunities.

The Roles

  • Primary Teacher:
    • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
    • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
    • Assess and monitor pupil progress
    • Differentiate learning to support varying needs and abilities
    • Work collaboratively with school staff and parents
  • SEN Teaching Assistant:
    • Support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs on a one-to-one basis or within small groups
    • Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
    • Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and emotional wellbeing
    • Support behavioural and learning needs within the classroom
  • Support Staff:
    • Provide classroom and pastoral support across the school day
    • Help maintain safe, positive, and engaging learning environments
    • Assist pupils with daily routines and activities
    • Work closely with teachers and senior staff to support pupils effectively
