Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs/ECTs) to work across primary schools in Cardiff and the surrounding areas from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 while building confidence in your teaching career. Whether you are looking for full-time work, flexible supply teaching, or a longer-term placement, we can help find opportunities that suit your goals and availability.

Candidate Requirements

  • Currently completing a Primary Education degree and due to gain QTS this summer.
  • Passionate about education and eager to begin your teaching career.
  • Positive, adaptable, and committed to supporting pupils’ progress.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Welsh-speaking skills are not essential but would be a great bonus!
