We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEMH Support Workers to work across a range of SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) schools throughout Bristol. This rewarding role involves supporting students who may face social, emotional, behavioural, or mental health challenges, helping them engage positively with education and develop essential life skills.
The Role
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with young people.
- Support students with emotional regulation and behaviour management.
