Requirements:

  • QTS, PGCE, QTLS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs, SEND, alternative provision or challenging behaviour.
  • Excellent behaviour management and de-escalation skills.
  • A trauma-informed, nurturing and student-centred approach.
  • Strong communication, resilience and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • A passion for raising aspirations, improving outcomes and helping every student reach their full potential.
