  • Experience supporting recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening and managing recruitment campaigns—not simply interview coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • A builder mentality rather than an administrator mentality—someone who enjoys improving processes and asking,
  • "How can we make sure we never have to do this manually again?"
  • Be genuinely
  • AI-native

, using AI tools as part of your everyday workflow to improve productivity, efficiency and the employee experience.

  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification (preferred).
