About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools throughout Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers looking for flexible work, whether you’re seeking short-term placements, long-term assignments, or day-to-day cover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with school curriculum plans
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and age groups
- Provide feedback to permanent staff on pupil progress and behaviour
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong classroom management skills
- Flexibility and a positive attitude
- Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff
- Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
