Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale the Product Management Organization: build, manage, and develop a highâperforming PM team; hire, onboard, and retain high performers; continuously raise the bar through thoughtful hiring, coaching, role design, and career pathing; develop deep expertise in our platform.
- Partner on Product Strategy & Own Execution: partner with the CPO to refine and evolve the product vision and multiâyear strategy; own the translation of strategy into a coherent portfolio roadmap; ensure each product team has clear outcomes, priorities, and success metrics.
- Lead the Execution of our AIâPowered GRC Strategy: empower and upskill PMs to own AI features; ensure AI features are grounded in real customer problems; collaborate with Security and Legal on risk, privacy, and governance for AI capabilities.
- Own Product Operating Rhythms & Processes: own the product operating systemâplanning cadences, quarterly roadmapping, OKRs, and portfolio review; ensure strong feedback loops.
- Champion Empowered Product Teams: partner with Engineering and Design leaders; embed discovery, prototyping, and experimentation; coach PMs on customer interviews, problem framing, hypothesis testing.
- Drive CrossâFunctional Alignment & Reduce Friction: work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementations; identify and clean up crossâfunctional misalignment.
- Strong with Customers, Partners, and the Board: serve as a key product leader with customers; represent product roadmap with partners and at industry events; build credibility with stakeholders; inspire and energize PMs and partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 15+ years in Product Management, with significant experience in B2B SaaS platform companies.
- 3â5+ years directly managing PM teams, scaling teams to 10+ PMs.
- Strong history of crossâfunctional leadership and resolving misalignment.
- Track record of balancing strategic altitude with handsâon engagement.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller; adept at framing decisions for execs, customers, and boards.
- Calm, direct, and constructive in escalations and highâstakes situations.
- Motivating, present leader who coaches and provides honest feedback.
- Experience shipping LLMâpowered features and/or agents in production B2B SaaS products.
- Experience leading Product Management in B2B SaaS companies in the $20Mâ$100M+ ARR range.
- Experience in GRC is a plus but not required.
