About the Role
The Solutions Engineer is LogicGate's pre-sales technical expert. This role requires both product mastery and a genuine curiosity about how modern organizations manage risk and compliance. You'll report to our Solutions Engineering Manager, joining a small, close-knit SE team where your work directly shapes how prospects experience the platform. Our Solutions Engineering team sets a high bar because our work matters. SEs are instrumental in every customer decision, serving as trusted technical advisors throughout the buying journey. We hire people who are collaborative, intellectually curious, and eager to raise the level of the team, and in return, they join an environment where they'll be challenged, supported, and surrounded by teammates who make them better.
What You’ll Do
- Present: Conduct highly effective product demonstrations with prospective customers and LogicGate Account Executives as part of the sales process.
- Facilitate: Lead client workshops for data and process gathering to uncover details of current state processes, related business challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Discover: Listen to understand customer pain points and connect their needs to LogicGate solution features.
- Build: Configure LogicGate's no-code platform for customized demonstrations and proof of concept projects with prospective customers.
- Consult: Build relationships with prospective customers and become a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
- Educate: Conduct webinars and assist in content creation (white papers, blog posts, etc.).
- Product Insight: Provide feedback and intelligence to the Product team to identify new potential features and functions and represent the voice of prospective customers.
- Customer Success Support: Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation Management teams in the transition of customers to ensure a seamless experience post-sale.
- Own: Take full ownership of the technical cycle across your territory — from first discovery call through to a clean handoff post-close.
