Now, due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our mid-market and new business sales function.

What you’ll be doing
- Leadership & Growth
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within existing customers
- Create and execute strategic sales plans aligned to business growth targets
- Build a winning culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and performance
- Revenue & Commercial Performance
- Own sales forecasting and pipeline visibility
- Drive GM, profitability, ARR, and revenue growth
- Ensure consistent execution of the full sales lifecycle
- Work closely with marketing and technical practices to maximise opportunity conversion
- Coaching & Performance
- Mentor and coach sales professionals to improve performance and productivity
- Conduct regular reviews, target planning, and progression conversations
- Help shape the next generation of sales talent within the organisation
What we’re looking for

Ideal background:
- 10+ years in sales leadership or commercial management
- Experience selling technology, managed services, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, or data solutions
- Strong track record in new business acquisition and revenue growth

- Passion for coaching, developing, and inspiring teams
