This role is based in our London Farringdon office, with a hybrid working pattern of 4 days on-site and 1 day working from home. While based in our London office you will be working closely with our Ireland Sales Manager to identify and execute multiple campaigns to drive growth in the Ireland business.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team and help generate new business opportunities across the Irish market. This is a 100% outbound prospecting role, focused on building pipeline within mid-enterprise and enterprise organisations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying potential customers, initiating conversations with senior decision-makers, and booking qualified discovery meetings for our sales team.
  • Researching accounts to understand their business priorities, IT environment, and key decision-makers.
  • Generating and qualifying new opportunities for the sales team.
  • Booking high-quality discovery meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all activity in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Working closely with Account Executives, Pre-Sales, Customer Success and Services teams.

We are looking for someone with the drive, resilience and curiosity to succeed in outbound enterprise sales:

  • Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Interest in technology, IT infrastructure, or digital transformation.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Cognism, LinkedIn, Lusha or SalesLoft (desirable).
