Role Purpose
Logicalis firmly believes that strong project management is a critical factor in the accurate and timely delivery of projects. Projects bring together many components that can be complex in nature and therefore require a comprehensive framework that maintains focus on meeting the business objectives and providing the required benefits that initiated the project.
Working as part of the Project Management team, the Project Manager will be responsible for full lifecycle delivery of a variety of IT projects. The role involves working closely with our technical resources as well as external service partners, customers, Sales, PMO, Finance, and Order Management. The role will join an established team, which delivers 150+ customer projects annually and will own their own portfolio of projects.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering a portfolio of projects within agreed parameters of cost, quality, and timescales
- Responsible for project management governance – planning, reporting, RAID etc.
- Some out of hours management of specific activities, e.g. migrations under change control
- Facilitate and run project meetings including full minutes – mix of onsite and remote
- Forecast costs and revenue for projects over a rolling three-month window
- Maintain project governance and reporting via PSA tool – Kantata
- Ensuring that own projects are closed properly

- Demonstrates an organised, analytical approach to tasks and problem solving
