Now, due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our mid-market and new business sales function. This is not a “maintenance management” role.

  • Building high-performing sales teams
  • Coaching and developing talent
  • You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, drive revenue growth, and help position Logicalis at the forefront of modern IT transformation.

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team:

  • Create and execute strategic sales plans aligned to business growth targets
  • Build a winning culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and performance

Revenue & Commercial Performance:

  • Own sales forecasting and pipeline visibility
  • Ensure consistent execution of the full sales lifecycle

Coaching & Performance:

  • Mentor and coach sales professionals to improve performance and productivity
  • Conduct regular reviews, target planning, and progression conversations
  • Help shape the next generation of sales talent within the organisation

We’re looking for a commercially sharp sales leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • 10+ years in sales leadership or commercial management
  • Experience selling technology, managed services, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, or data solutions
  • Ability to lead in a fast-moving, high-performance environment
  • Passion for coaching, developing, and inspiring teams
  • Significant investment in AI, cloud, security, and data transformation
