This role is based in our London Farringdon office, with a hybrid working pattern of 4 days on-site and 1 day working from home.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team and help generate new business opportunities across the UK and Ireland markets. This is a 100% outbound prospecting role, focused on building pipeline within mid-enterprise and enterprise organisations.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Identifying potential customers, initiating conversations with senior decision-makers, and booking qualified discovery meetings for our sales team.
  • Researching accounts to understand their business priorities, IT environment, and key decision-makers.
  • Generating and qualifying new opportunities for the sales team.
  • Booking high-quality discovery meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all activity in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Working closely with Account Executives, Pre-Sales, Customer Success and Services teams.

We’re looking for someone with the drive, resilience and curiosity to succeed in outbound enterprise sales:

  • Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Interest in technology, IT infrastructure, or digital transformation.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Cognism, LinkedIn, Lusha or SalesLoft (desirable).
