We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team and help generate new business opportunities across the UK and Ireland markets. This is a 100% outbound prospecting role, focused on building pipeline within mid-enterprise and enterprise organisations.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying potential customers, initiating conversations with senior decision-makers, and booking qualified discovery meetings for our sales team.
- Researching accounts to understand their business priorities, IT environment, and key decision-makers.
- Generating and qualifying new opportunities for the sales team.
- Booking high-quality discovery meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate records of all activity in CRM (Salesforce).
- Working closely with Account Executives, Pre-Sales, Customer Success and Services teams.
We’re looking for someone with the drive, resilience and curiosity to succeed in outbound enterprise sales:
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Interest in technology, IT infrastructure, or digital transformation.
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Cognism, LinkedIn, Lusha or SalesLoft (desirable).
