We are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Site Manager to oversee subcontract concrete pours on a civils project based in Bristol. This role will involve managing night operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. Shift patterns will vary depending on planned pours and site requirements. Typical shift patterns may include:
- 12pm midday – 10pm
- 8pm – 7am
- Other night / extended shifts as required
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Valid CSCS Card
- Ideally hold TWS qualification and/or Black Managers CSCS Card
- Strong civils background preferred
- Previous experience managing concrete pours and subcontractors
- Ability to liaise professionally with contractors, site teams and operatives
- Strong understanding of health & safety and quality control on site
- Ability to ensure works are carried out correctly, safely and to specification
