Logical Personnel Solutions are hiring on behalf of a national, well respected Tier 1 Contractor looking to bolster their operational teams with exceptional talent.

THIS JOB WILL REQUIRE SOME NATIONAL TRAVEL & POTENTIALLY SOME WORKING AWAY FOR PROJECTS THAT ARE NOT LOCAL.

As a Senior Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of large commercial projects, from initial concept through to completion. This is a hands-on role where you'll be managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, leading a safe working environment, and maintaining effective communication with clients and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the construction, co-ordination, and development of commercial projects from concept to completion.
  • Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget whilst liaising with senior management.
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure high standards of work are maintained, whilst maintaining risk & high H&S levels at all times.
  • Engage with clients during regular meetings and client walk-arounds. Ensuring that areas are adequately prepared beforehand, for the client.
  • Ensure site safety and compliance with health and safety regulations at all times, for direct and indirect labour.
  • Liaise with project and contracts management teams as required.
  • Supervise both direct and indirect labor to ensure adherence to design specifications, schedules, and plans.
  • Ensure that all projects under your management are delivered on time and within budget.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • First Aid certification.
  • CSCS (Black Card).
  • Fire Marshall Certification.
  • References to verify experience.
  • Must have 6 to 10 years experience leading large commercial projects as a No1 site Manager.
