The Role

You'll join an established commercial team, working across major projects and taking responsibility for the commercial management of packages from procurement through to final account. Projects include major schemes across:

About You

We're open to Quantity Surveyors from a main contractor or subcontractor background. Façades experience isn't essential. You'll ideally have:

  • Experience managing projects commercially
  • Strong procurement and subcontractor experience
  • Good contractual knowledge
  • Experience working on medium to large value projects
  • A strong commercial approach and ambition to progress
