We are looking to recruit an Account Manager to join our Established team in Leeds, You will be working Monday to Friday, working alongside an existing and established team.
There is the opportunity to progress in this role, potenially into regional account management or senior administration within the team, depending on where you see yourself fit and, along with career ambitions.
The role & responsibilities:
* CV searching and database searches for suitable candidates
* Liaise with clients about potential candidates for roles
* Be proactive with forecasting needs for clients
* Be prepared to visit local sites, meet with clients and support the development of good relationships and business.
* Strong ability to use Excel, Outlook and Word required
* Supporting the Branch Manager with client communication β updating clients through telephone and email , managing clients expectations
* Increasing business through lead generation, upselling, gathering new contacts for yourself and the Branch Manager to develop.
* Produce excel / Weekly reports for clients on spend / costings
* Supporting the Branch Manager with onsite visits once training has been given to keep clients happy and, ensure service levels are high.
* Calling candidates to assess suitability for job roles based on experience
* Administration and compliance duties will also be vtital
* Strong organisational skills are essential
The benefits:
* Β£26,500-Β£30,000 PA Salary negotiable (depending on experience and driving licence)
* Bonus paid after probationary period β approx. Β£(Apply online only) per month depending on project/targets and client needs.
