We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a civils package on a high-security HMP site in Lancaster. This is a key role requiring strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing civils works within highly regulated or security-sensitive environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full project management of civils works including drainage, foundations, ducting, concrete works, and external hard landscaping.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe, timely, and budget-compliant delivery.
- Coordinate closely with the Ministry of Justice (MoJ), client representatives, and security personnel.
- Ensure strict adherence to H&S, environmental, and security procedures.
- Prepare and manage progress reports, cost forecasts, and risk registers.
