With continued investment in modern facilities and product innovation, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a skilled team building high-quality, bespoke leisure vehicles from the ground up. 🔨 The Role: We are looking for an experienced Panel Maker to join our growing production team. You’ll be working in a workshop/manufacturing environment, fabricating and fitting internal and external panels as part of the motorhome build process. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role ideal for someone who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship. 🛠 Key Responsibilities: * Manufacture and install internal and external wall panels using materials such as plywood, GRP, composite sheets, aluminium, and insulation * Cut, trim, and shape panels to size using saws, routers, and other tools * Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications * Ensure accuracy, alignment, and finish of fitted panels * Operate safely with hand tools, adhesives, sealants, and fixings * Collaborate with joiners, electricians, and other trades during vehicle assembly * Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the workshop ✅ Requirements: * Previous experience in panel making, vehicle body building, caravan/motorhome manufacturing, or similar * Ability to accurately measure, cut, and finish a variety of materials * Skilled in using power tools and workshop equipment * Able to follow technical drawings and job specs * High attention to detail and a commitment to quality * Comfortable working as part of a fast-paced team * Good physical fitness – manual handling is part of the role 🎯 Desirable: * Experience working with GRP, aluminium, or composite materials * Background in vehicle fit-outs, joinery, or bespoke interiors * NVQ Level 2/3 or similar in a relevant trade (e.g. Carpentry, Coachbuilding, Fabrication) 🚐 Why Join Us? * Competitive hourly pay, depending on experience * Work on high-end, custom motorhomes * Be part of a friendly and skilled team * Long-term, secure role with a reputable employer * On-site parking and well-equipped workshop facilities 🔧 Apply Today – Bring Your Skills to the Road Ahead If you’re an experienced panel maker or fitter ready to take on a rewarding role in a growing industry, we’d love to hear from you
