We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to oversee the full project life cycle for our fire and security system installations. This is a hands‑on role, managing projects from start‑up to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Role
- Plan, execute, monitor and close projects across commercial and residential sites
- Lead project teams and coordinate clients, suppliers, and third parties
- Manage project scope, risks, and change control
- Produce and maintain project documentation
- Provide reliable resourcing and ensure timely delivery
- Carry out project handovers and maintain client satisfaction
About You
- Proven experience managing CCTV, Access Control or other security system projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and the full project life cycle
- Relevant qualifications (FIA / NSI / LPCB / C&G) advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the construction or fire & security industry
- Candidates must have a clear criminal record and be able to pass full DBS/CRB screening in line with security industry requirements.
