A growing, family-owned façade and cladding contractor is looking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major residential development in Liverpool City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business of around 10 people that is experiencing significant growth and securing increasingly high-profile projects across the residential and commercial sectors.

You'll have direct access to the directors, genuine autonomy in your role, and the opportunity to progress alongside the business.

The Opportunity

You'll initially be commercially responsible for a major cladding package on a large residential development in Liverpool City Centre. The project is expected to run for approximately three years, providing long-term stability and the opportunity to become fully embedded within the project team. Following this, you'll continue working on a strong pipeline of residential and commercial façade and cladding projects across the region.

This role is primarily site-based, allowing you to work closely with the operational team and gain excellent project exposure. However, the business operates with a highly flexible approach. There is no traditional office environment and no expectation to spend unnecessary time at a desk. Once you've completed what you need to on-site, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and manage your workload independently. The company places a huge emphasis on trust, autonomy and results rather than monitoring where you're working from.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who wants to work on major projects while enjoying a level of flexibility, autonomy and exposure that is often difficult to find within larger contractors.
