We’re working with a regional contractor looking to appoint an Estimator to support the delivery of small works projects across a range of commercial, education, and residential schemes. Projects are typically valued between £0.5m–£2m and involve a large amount of M&E-focused works, where the business acts as principal contractor. They are open to candidates from intermediate through to senior level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing cost estimates and tender submissions
- Pricing M&E and general construction packages
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and internal delivery teams
- Supporting projects from enquiry through to handover
Requirements:
- Previous experience within estimating in the construction sector
- Experience working on small works or refurbishment projects
- Understanding of M&E packages would be advantageous
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
Package:
